Yamashita squid spikes KTISFB include a fine wire spike, single or double crown hooks, leader and snap. 2 per pack. 

The way they are used is to pierce your dead bait onto the spike, wrap the leader around the bait and hold it in position with the soft bead at the top of the spike. Then tie onto the snap included and start fishing. It is a popular option to fish these under a float.
